About the Role EVERSANA is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with business leaders across the organization to deliver HR programs and services that enable growth and patients' outcomes. The role will oversee onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee engagement, training, and career development, while driving talent management and retention across the business units. What You'll Do
- Serve as a single point of contact for HR needs across the business units
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to track, monitor, and ensure quality hires supported by the HRBP
- Design, implement, and administer HR programs in onboarding, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee engagement, training, career development planning, and retention (hire to retire)
- Maintain a hands-on approach and monitor employee pulse to sustain high engagement
