About the Role Du bist verantwortlich für den kompletten Mitarbeiter-Lebenszyklus und sorgst für eine reibungslose "Customer Experience" – sowohl für die Kolleg:innen als auch für alle Stakeholder. Du arbeitest eng mit dem lokalen Management vor Ort zusammen, um dessen Performance nach den Zalando P&O-Erwartungen zu optimieren. What You'll Do
- Manage Einstellungen und Kündigungen im Team
- Koordiniere den jährlichen Performance-Zyklus am Standort
- Besprich P&O-Daten und Performance mit Stakeholdern
- Nimm an den monatlichen und vierteljährlichen Business Reviews des Standorts teil
- Werde Teil eines kleinen – aber feinen – Vor-Ort-P&O-Teams, das von vielen zentralen Stakeholdern unterstützt wird
- Leite oder trage bei zu vielen P&O-Themen, Projekten und Initiativen
- Baue Beziehungen zu verschiedenen Teams und Stakeholdern auf; führe auch herausfordernde Gespräche
