Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement People & Culture strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead workforce planning, talent forecasting, and organizational design.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement, and offboarding.
- Drive performance management and leadership development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and internal policies.
- Support organizational change and cultural transformation programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
- 5-8 years in strategic HR roles, ideally in financial services or banking.
