About the Role Join Michelin as an HR Application Analyst with French in our Shared Services Center in Bucharest. You’ll provide first‑level WORKDAY support to employees and HR stakeholders, help maintain data quality, and drive improvements to HR processes and the employee experience. What You'll Do
- Provide first‑level support to employees, managers, and HR stakeholders regarding the WORKDAY platform
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve WORKDAY inquiries via ServiceNow (e.g., personal information updates, bank details, dependents, organizational changes, transfers, and other lifecycle activities)
- Perform mass data uploads and validation in WORKDAY to ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate with Pune teams and participate in testing, validation, and deployment in test and production environments
