About the Role The Houseman supports Maggiano’s banquets and events, helping to deliver memorable experiences for guests at weddings, bar mitzvahs, anniversaries, birthdays and more. This role is part of our Banquet team, where attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude matter. What You'll Do
- Support banquet events (weddings, bar mitzvahs, anniversaries, birthday parties, baby showers) by assisting with setup, service and guest experience; help hoist heavy plates and equipment as needed.
- Work with the Banquet Sales Managers, Banquet Captains, Banquet Servers and other Housemen to ensure events run smoothly and guests are delighted.
- Maintain high standards, stay upbeat in a fast-paced environment, and put guests’ needs first, especially during long days of energetic service.
- Embrace Maggiano’s Way and contribute to creating lasting memories for guests and the community.
