You’re part of the team behind Mama’s comfort — making sure every room, corridor and corner feels spotless, welcoming and unmistakably Mama.
As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll be hands-on, visible and close to the action. You’ll support the Executive Housekeeper, lead the team on the floor and make sure every detail is delivered to the right standard, every day.
You don’t just check rooms — you help create a place guests want to come back to.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Cleanliness Champion
- Supervise the daily cleaning and presentation of guest rooms and public areas.
- Conduct room and public area inspections to ensure Mama’s standards are consistently met.
- Ensure housekeeping procedures, hygiene and safety standards are followed.
- Team Leader & Coach
- Supervise, support and motivate the housekeeping team throughout the shift.
