- Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards.
- Change linens and restock guest amenities and supplies.
- Complete room turnovers efficiently within the 30-minute target.
- Inspect rooms before sign-off and promptly address missed details.
- Report maintenance and repair issues identified during cleaning.
- Keep work areas organized and coordinate effectively with team members.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and hotel protocols consistently.

- 1–3 years of housekeeping, hotel, or related experience.
