Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc./HND) in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of hotel management experience.
- At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
- Strong knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Security operations.
- Ability to recruit, supervise, train, and motivate staff.
- Excellent customer service and guest relations skills.
- Strong budgeting, financial management, and cost control skills.
- Ability to develop and implement operational policies.
