The Hostess helps maintain the country club's standards of hospitality and professionalism.
What You'll Do
- Greet and welcome members and guests as they arrive at the country club, using proper member name usage whenever possible.
- Manage the reservations system and oversee waitlists; assign and manage seating to ensure timely accommodation.
- Provide menus and inform guests about specials or events.
- Assist members and guests with inquiries and handle any complaints or service issues.
- Collaborate with waitstaff and kitchen to ensure smooth operation.
