About the Role Chili's Hosts begin each guest experience by delivering hospitality and service that embodies Chili's. If you take pride in providing a warm welcome and love making people feel special, then we want to hear from you! The Host role focuses on greeting guests, managing the wait list, and supporting a safe, welcoming dining environment. What You'll Do
- Greet every Guest warmly and provide a hospitable first impression.
- Manage the wait list and seating flow to minimize wait times.
- Communicate guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate.
- Answer telephone within three rings and direct calls accordingly.
- Assist fellow Team Members as needed to maintain smooth service.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for Guests and Team Members. What We're Looking For
