About the Role
We are seeking a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for Kings Ford Academy to support learning across the primary phase. The role is part-time, term-time only, and requires a proactive, safeguarding-focused practitioner.
What You'll Do
- Support planning and delivery of learning activities for pupils across year groups.
- Assist the class teacher with day-to-day classroom management and supervision.
- Provide targeted support to pupils individually or in small groups.
- Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment and contribute to safeguarding.
- Participate in personalised CPD via Performance Management.
- Help foster positive relationships with children, families and staff.
What We're Looking For
- A-C GCSE (or equivalent) grades in Maths and English.
- Experience within the Primary phase.
