About this role
UBS is seeking a HF & PE Financing Specialist in the United States, based in New York, to drive growth in our private equity and hedge fund financing business across the Americas.
Responsibilities
- Originate and execute financing transactions across private markets, including PE NAV lending and hybrid structures, Hedge Fund LP financing, Structured Solutions Financing, and margin and bespoke fund-linked financing solutions
- Develop and maintain senior client relationships with financial advisors, family offices, private equity firms, hedge funds, credit funds, and institutional investors
- Successfully negotiate terms and lead deal execution, collaborating closely with structuring, credit, legal, and risk partners to deliver tailored solutions
- Drive revenue generation and portfolio growth, ensuring transactions meet return thresholds and optimize capital usage
