Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality clinical care within the Nursing & Midwifery service.
- Participate in multidisciplinary ward rounds and case conferences.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to teaching programmes.
- Uphold clinical governance, documentation, and patient safety standards.
- Support quality improvement and audit initiatives.
