About the Role Orbia's Polymer Solutions (Vestolit) is seeking a Health, Safety, Environment/Process Safety Manager to support the Henry site. The role provides technical and compliance leadership to senior management, drives strategic HSE/PSM initiatives, and ensures compliance with applicable regulations to reduce incidents and environmental impacts. What You'll Do
- Lead the HSE/PSM culture at the site/ country/BU to drive zero injuries and incidents.
- Define and implement KPIs to elevate HSE/PSM culture to excellence.
- Support operational leaders in HSE/PSM aspects and coordinate Orbia/PSV standards.
- Manage compliance with federal, state, local security programs (e.g., C-TPAT) and oversee Emergency Response activities with proper training for internal and external first responders.
