About the Role A strategic HSE leadership role responsible for developing and implementing Control of Work (CoW) and coordinating safety programs to meet corporate and local regulatory requirements. You will monitor HES performance, lead incident investigations, manage contractor safety, and interface with government and regulatory bodies. You will also drive OE/HSE initiatives to improve safety culture and ensure ISO 45001 certification. What You'll Do
- Develop and implement CoW across plant (CoW, LOTO, Confined Space, Work at Height, etc.) to meet corporate and local regulatory requirements
- Monitor plant HES performance, update safety scorecards, maintain Assurance activities, and issue timely reports
- Provide guidance on safe work procedures and best practices; deliver training; communicate safety initiatives to workgroups
