DESCRIPCIÓN:
- Definir prioridades según la estrategia y gestión del negocio, alineadas con el segmento y la línea de actuación.
- Supervisar las actividades de innovación y desarrollo de mercado, asegurando una fuerte colaboración entre ventas, equipos técnicos, marketing y supply chain, con el fin de entregar propuestas de valor competitivas a clientes B2B de los segmentos de Food y Pharma.
- Desarrollar y ejecutar planes para alcanzar metas de ventas, prospección y expansión de la cartera de clientes, monitoreando nuevas oportunidades.
- Acompañar y desarrollar talento y gestionar desempeño.
