About the Role Leading Alverton Community Primary School as Headteacher, you will set the strategic direction, champion inclusion and SEND provision, and drive improvements in teaching, learning and wellbeing. You will work with staff, governors, families and external partners to ensure every child is known, valued and able to thrive. What You'll Do
- Provide strategic leadership to drive school improvement and raise pupil outcomes
- Lead teaching and learning, inclusion and SEND provision
- Foster a warm, values-driven culture and strong community engagement with staff, governors, families and partners
- Manage resources and financial planning to support school development
- Monitor attendance, behaviour and wellbeing and intervene to secure positive outcomes
