- Provide inspirational leadership and strategic direction for St Gregory's RC Primary School, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, behaviour and welfare.
- Lead and develop staff, manage resources, and work within complex staffing structures to drive school improvement.
- Work closely with the Trust Board, Central Team and Diocese to deliver the mission and values and engage stakeholders.
- Ensure safeguarding, compliance and rigorous performance management across the school.
