Pound Hill Infant Academy is seeking an outstanding Headteacher to lead and inspire our school as part of the REAch2 Multi‑Academy Trust. Located in Crawley, just a short walk from Three Bridges station, you will build on our strengths, drive excellence in teaching and learning, and ensure every child is supported, challenged, and inspired to reach their full potential.
The successful candidate will be an experienced educational leader with a proven track record of managing high‑performing teams and a passion for improving life chances for children.
