About the Role As Head Reporting & Analytics SRE/SRI, you will take ownership of the end-to-end reporting and analytics function for Swiss Re Europe (SRE) and Swiss Re International (SRI), leading a talented team of approx. 6-7 colleagues dedicated to statutory, regulatory, and management reporting excellence. Reporting to the CFO SRE/SRI, this is a pivotal leadership role that combines deep technical expertise with strategic vision — you will shape the future of Legal Entity reporting, champion data-driven decision-making, and drive the finance transformation agenda across Luxembourg entities and their branches.
