About this role
About the Role You will be responsible, at a global level, for the systems, data, payroll, benefits, compliance, real estate and facilities, travel logistics, and policy infrastructure that keeps the organisation running cleanly and lawfully across every market we operate in. This is deliberately not a transaction processing role. In a fast-moving, regulated, multi-country environment, this function is a strategic control point, and we are looking for someone who will design and build it as such. You will be expected to bring discipline, structure and strong governance to this function, and to build the processes and controls that allow it to operate reliably at scale. You will report to the Head of People and Culture. The Payroll and Benefits Manager reports directly to you, and you will lead the People Enablement and Governance team end to end. What You'll Do
