About the Role Head of Technology Strategy & Architecture for Santander Insurance Holding (SIH) is responsible for defining and executing the global technology strategy, establishing target architectures, engineering standards, and shared capabilities that enable a secure, scalable Insurance Technology ecosystem. You will act as the technology authority across SIH, driving standardization, simplification, and innovation while aligning Global Initiatives and the Insurance Global Platform with Grupo Santander technology principles. What You'll Do
- Define the multi-year Technology Strategy.
- Define the technical architecture of the Global Insurance Platform.
- Drive technology modernization and simplification.
- Promote technology convergence across Joint Ventures.
- Build reusable technology capabilities across the Insurance Domain.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and technology trends.
