About the Role A global leader responsible for shaping and executing BlackRock's Technology Audit strategy across the firm's technology estate. This Managing Director/Head of Technology Audit will partner with technology leadership, risk management, and regulators to strengthen the control environment and deliver impactful insights.
What You'll Do
- Provide credible challenge, innovation and value add to technology colleagues across the firm.
- Build strong relationships with technology leadership and other business partners, including Information Security and Technology Risk Management.
- Talent Development: mentor, coach, and create structured development pathways for high-performing individuals.
- Team Management: lead, inspire, and develop a diverse team of audit professionals across multiple locations.
