About the Role Head of Solutions, Director is a senior, client-facing leadership role responsible for overseeing the design of Fitch Learning’s most complex, high-value client solutions. Based in London, you will lead a global solutions design team and collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, Technology, Finance, and Client Success to drive impact. What You'll Do
- Oversee Fitch Learning’s most complex and highest-value client solution designs, providing team leadership, escalation support, and executive oversight where needed.
- Lead your own portfolio of strategic client solutions, personally designing customised solutions for maximum client impact.
- Lead and coach a high-performing global solution design team, building capability, driving accountability, and creating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
