Job Summary
- The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the company's real estate properties and investments sales operations.
- The ideal candidate is a high-performing sales leader with a proven track record in property sales, client relationship management, and team leadership.
- S/he must possess the capacity to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, generate robust quality leads, build a sustainable sales pipeline, and conduct frequent property inspections with clients across Lagos or Abuja region.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities, deep knowledge of the Lagos or Abuja region real estate market, and the ability to inspire a team to peak performance.
