About the Role Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für Safety bei FlixTrain und treibst die Weiterentwicklung des Sicherheitsmanagementsystems (SMS) sowie die Sicherheitskultur im Unternehmen voran. Du arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen und bringst regulatorische Tiefe mit unternehmerischem Denken zusammen, um Compliance, Risikomanagement und operative Sicherheit ganzheitlich zu gestalten. What You'll Do
- Strategische Weiterentwicklung und Steuerung des SMS gemäß EU-Verordnung, EBO und CSM-VO
- Ableitung und Umsetzung der Sicherheitsstrategie sowie Definition von Sicherheitszielen und Kennzahlen
- Aufbau und Pflege eines wirksamen Risikomanagements für alle sicherheitsrelevanten Prozesse
- Operative Steuerung & Compliance: Überwachung der Einhaltung aller sicherheitsrelevanten gesetzlichen Vorgaben und Normen
