The Head of Recruitment Marketing directs all aspects of marketing to prospective advisor recruits, driving familiarity of Janney’s compelling value proposition among experienced advisors and nurturing them throughout the lead pipeline. They will plan, execute, and measure the end-to-end marketing strategy for the advisor audience, craft best-in-class marketing resources for our recruiters, and lead both national and local activations across Janney’s expanding footprint.
