About the Role Head of Quality Management Systems / Operations Quality responsible for managing QM Systems, Operations, Audits and Methods to meet defined objectives and KPIs. You will design and lead initiatives for Quality Systems and Operations, and ensure governance, standards, and processes across the area of responsibility. You will also define and steer budgets and lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement. What You'll Do
- Manage and supervise QM Systems, Operations, Audits and Methods according to defined objectives and KPIs
- Design and lead initiatives with regard to Quality Systems and Operations
- Take responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility
- Define and steer budget for development of activities within the area of responsibility
