About this role
About the Role This is a senior HR leadership role within a Catholic multi-academy Trust. The post holder will lead and deliver a progressive, responsive, and legally compliant human resources service across all academies, ensuring alignment with the Trust's Catholic mission and spiritual life. You will work under the guidance of the Director of People and may consider term-time patterns (including Term-Time plus 3 Weeks) as appropriate. What You'll Do
- Lead and deliver a progressive, highly responsive, and legally compliant HR service across all academies within the Trust.
- Ensure that all HR practices reflect the teachings of the Catholic Church, promoting dignity, respect, and pastoral care for staff.
- Work closely with the Diocese and the Catholic Education Service (CES) to implement and adhere to approved model workplace policies and employment contracts.
