Job Summary
We are looking for an exceptionally experienced and results-oriented Head of Operations to oversee and drive the full operational framework of our real estate business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine the company's operational strategy in alignment business growth objectives.
- Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and performance benchmarks across all departments.
- Liaise with architects, contractors, project managers, and surveyors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
