About the Role Lead and supervise the HR Business Partner organization at the country/site level, ensuring delivery against defined objectives and KPIs. Design and drive initiatives for the HR Business Partner function, while maintaining standards, governance and efficient processes, and manage budgets for activities within the area of responsibility. - Manages and supervises the HR Business Partner org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
- Designs and leads initiatives with regard to HR Business Partner
- Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility
- Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility
- Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth
