About this role
Job title: Head of Finance
We are seeking a Head of Finance to lead the finance function, ensure compliance and controls, manage treasury and provide strategic financial insights to the business.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting
- Ensure statutory, tax and regulatory compliance
- Develop financial controls and risk management processes
- Manage cash flow, treasury and working capital
- Provide strategic financial insights for business decisions
- Liaise with auditors, financial institutions and regulators
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Chartered Accountant (ICAN, ACCA or equivalent) required
- 7–10 years’ progressive finance experience
- Experience in investment, oil and gas or related industry
- Proven experience leading a finance team
