A dynamic opportunity to lead the finance function for our organization in Lagos. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Finance to lead our finance function, drive financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide sound financial leadership to support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement financial controls and risk management processes.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage cash flow, treasury, and working capital efficiently.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions.
- Liaise with external auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
