About the Role As Head of Engineering at Moniepoint, you will oversee the entire technical landscape of our engineering organization. You will guide and lead engineering managers and their teams to build scalable, secure, and innovative architectures. You will align our technical vision with business goals and ensure a smooth pipeline from coding to deployment. The role is hands-on and requires a mix of leadership, technical excellence, and operational discipline. What You'll Do
- Contribute to and drive the company-wide technology strategy, ensuring the platform and wider business systems scale reliably across markets, products, and growing transaction volumes.
- Own the technical strategy across the ecosystem, aligning architecture, infrastructure, and delivery with goals for reliability, scalability, security, and regulatory compliance.
