Alfred & Victoria Associates is seeking a Head of Compensation & Benefits to lead the strategic design, implementation, maintenance, regulatory compliance, communication, and administration of all compensation and benefits programs. The role focuses on aligning costs with the organization’s objectives, culture, and philosophy while developing competitive, cost-efficient programs to support employee retention and attract top talent in Nigeria and the UK.
Responsibilities
- Determine market rates by evaluating each position through salary surveys and statistical analysis to establish market value.
- Develop and implement a Total Reward strategy and framework to strengthen the Employee Value Proposition and the organization’s competitive position; research and benchmark incentive plans and recommend enhancements.
