About the Role
The Head of Clinical Pharmacology at Structure Therapeutics will be responsible for shaping the clinical pharmacology strategy across the company’s clinical programs. This role leads PK/PD modeling, translational science, dose selection, and safety oversight to enable efficient, data-driven development of small molecule medicines.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute the clinical pharmacology strategy for the portfolio, ensuring alignment with translational medicine and development goals.
- Lead PK/PD analyses, exposure-response modeling, and dose selection across clinical phases.
- Build and manage a high-performing clinical pharmacology group; oversee outsourcing and vendor management.
- Collaborate closely with clinical development, regulatory affairs, safety, and translational science teams.
