Overview
A digital-first bank is hiring a Head, HNI Banking to lead its Prestige Banking division—the arm that serves High Net Worth Individuals (wealthy clients). Your job is to win these clients, keep them happy, and grow the money they bank and invest with us.
Responsibilities
- Attract and retain wealthy clients. Build the strategy to bring in HNIs across Nigeria and Africa and keep them loyal.
- Grow their deposits and investments; lead efforts to increase deposits, managed funds, and premium loans.
- Design solutions for the wealthy; create tailored wealth management and structured lending products for affluent clients
- Deliver premium service; offer concierge-level banking, exclusive VIP experiences, and personalised relationship management
- Lead the team; mentor and manage the HNI Banking team to hit its targets
