Job title: Head Chef
YellowDoor Hotels is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead culinary operations, refresh menus, build and coach a small kitchen team, and deliver outstanding food experiences that encourage repeat guests.
Responsibilities
- Develop and launch refreshed menus for The Living Room and the wellness café.
- Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of up to five kitchen staff.
- Monitor and control food costs to achieve or beat the 30% revenue target.
Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience (as stated in the posting).
- Full-time employment.
- On-site work mode (role based in Abuja, Nigeria).
Compensation
- Salary range: ₦400,000 – ₦700,000 monthly.
