We're launching Josephine, an elevated Mediterranean dining destination at Rixos Premium Dubai, designed to become one of the city's most sought after culinary experiences. This is not another hotel restaurant, it is a standalone lifestyle concept with its own identity, personality and ambition.
We're looking for a visionary Head Chef who is passionate about Mediterranean cuisine, obsessed with quality, and inspired to create unforgettable dining experiences. Unlike a traditional hotel operation, this is a rare opportunity to shape a new culinary destination from the ground up.
What You'll Do
- Lead the culinary opening of Josephine from pre-opening through successful launch and ongoing operations.
- Develop and execute an authentic, contemporary Mediterranean menu that celebrates premium ingredients and exceptional craftsmanship.
