We're seeking a passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a new vibrant English pub and dining room in Cheltenham, elevate pub classics and grow with a close-knit team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the kitchen team
- Elevate and develop pub classics
- Grow and develop with the venue as it establishes itself
Requirements
- Proven track record of running a busy pub kitchen
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record of meeting financial KPIs, GP targets, and labour costs
- Absolute confidence in maintaining top-tier hygiene practices and training staff in food safety
- This role is open only to applicants currently in the UK
