About the Role The H&B Data Analysis and Reporting Associate will support census management for clients’ medical and life insurance policies, ensuring data integrity, accurate invoicing, robust reporting, and proactive analytics to drive client satisfaction and operational excellence. This role also serves as a primary contact for client inquiries and collaborates across teams to optimise service delivery. What You'll Do
- Administer member additions, deletions, and modifications for clients’ medical and life insurance policies, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
- Coordinate card issuance and updates with insurers, maintaining accurate records and audit trails.
- Conduct thorough reviews of census files to ensure completeness and regulatory compliance.
