About the Role As a Harness Design Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, specification, and qualification of electrical harness systems used in complex products and solutions. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical compliance, product reliability, and successful delivery throughout the product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Design and validate electrical harness solutions in accordance with technical requirements. Define and specify harnesses, connectors, and associated components. Analyze customer technical requirements and translate them into engineering specifications.
