SPA & WELLNESS OPERATIONS
- Deliver personal training sessions, group fitness classes, and wellness activities in a safe and professional manner.
- Ensure all training sessions start on time and provide an enjoyable experience for guests and members.
- Promote a welcoming, motivating, and inclusive fitness environment.
- Support the planning and delivery of monthly fitness classes, workshops, and wellness programs.
- Maintain a high standard of safety for guests, members, colleagues, and the fitness facility.
- Build positive relationships with guests by providing friendly, professional, and personalized service.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of fitness, wellness, and the hotel's spa and fitness facilities.
