About the Role As a Guest Services staff member at Alpine Valley, you help ensure the safety and comfort of guests and maintain cleanliness and organization of the venue. You engage with attendees to address their needs before, during, and after events, contributing to a positive patron experience.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exemplary customer service to maintain loyalty and resolve inquiries and concerns through thoughtful analysis.
- Adapt to guest needs and take appropriate action to meet or exceed expectations.
- Refer unresolved grievances to designated departments for investigation.
- Solicit sales of new or additional services or products.
- Keep records of customer interactions and actions taken.
- Participate in venue recycling efforts before, during, and after the show.
- Guide guests to exits or provide instructions in case of emergency.
