About the Role The Guest Experience Associate will help deliver an exceptional guest experience in a retail environment and contribute to sales growth. This role supports store operations onsite in Wilmington, NC, upholding Newell Brands' values and standards. What You'll Do
- Contribute to a welcoming store environment and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Understand guest needs through product knowledge and build emotional connections to drive loyalty.
- Implement company selling strategies and nurture lasting customer relationships.
- Drive guest loyalty through the Rewards program and track KPIs.
- Maintain store appearance following visual standards, planograms, signage, and cleanliness.
- Support inventory management activities and assist with controlling expenses.
- Uphold safety and loss prevention measures and follow company policies and Code of Ethics.
