About the Role We are seeking a Contract Sales Recruiter to support Centric's go-to-market teams with a focus on non-technical sales roles. This 6-month contract (with potential to extend) is fully remote from Canada and will focus on attracting top sales talent across Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success and other GTM functions. What You'll Do
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for sales and go-to-market roles, from intake meetings through sourcing, interviewing, offer support and close.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and GTM leaders to understand role requirements, team dynamics, hiring priorities and what success looks like in each position.
- Proactively source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, talent networks, and other sourcing channels.
