About the Role We are seeking a Growth Marketing Associate to plan, implement, and optimize growth strategies across Paga's products, focusing on acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty. This cross-functional role sits at the intersection of data, creative marketing, customer experience and strategy. You will drive end-to-end campaigns and develop a strong, sustainable customer journey. What You'll Do
- Understand deeply the lifecycle of customers on Paga and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive education.
- Investigate and test new channels to communicate with our existing customers.
- Drive sponsorships and partnerships to create relevant brand awareness and consumer interest.
- Run marketing campaigns end-to-end: design experiments, develop campaign strategy, and drive execution.
