Summary
- We're hiring a Growth Manager to own customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth from theground up.
- This is a hands-on, individual contributor to builder role: you'll design and run the growth strategy, then build out the team and processes to scale it as the company grows.
Job Responsibilities
- Own the end to end growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue expansion.
- Design, launch, and iterate on growth experiments (paid, lifecycle, referral, partnerships, content) using a test and learn approach.
- Define and track the core growth metrics/KPIs (CAC, LTV, conversion, churn, payback period) and report on them regularly to leadership.
- Build and own the growth roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on impact and effort.
