- Manage staffing, development, and performance management programs for operations staff; motivate and develop management teams.
- Oversee operations activities to ensure safety, schedules, performance requirements, and efficient use of resources.
- Drive improvements in overall operations performance with production safety, cost control, and quality control mechanisms.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and foster a safe, sound manufacturing environment. What We're Looking For
- Degree in BE/BTech and ME/MTech (or equivalent) desired.
