Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Group's IT strategy and technology roadmap
- Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity across multiple business units
- Lead digital transformation, process automation, and enterprise systems initiatives
- Ensure IT governance, compliance, risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity
- Manage IT budgets, vendors, contracts, and technology investments
- Lead and develop IT teams while driving service excellence and innovation
- Monitor IT performance through KPIs, SLAs, and executive reporting
